The money questions, answered plainly
How does billing work?
It is a flat monthly subscription billed once a month for the plan you choose. There is no per-lead charge, no setup fee, and no long-term contract. The price you see is the price you pay.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There is no contract and no cancellation fee. If it is not earning its keep, you cancel and you are done. We would rather keep you because the product works than lock you into a term.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Most shops start on Starter or Local to see the fit, then move up to cover more counties as they grow. You can upgrade or downgrade between plans, and the change applies going forward.
What if you do not cover one of my counties yet?
Most counties set up automatically through one of our advanced analyzers. Some are more complex and need a manual review. If yours cannot be set up automatically, the system flags your request and sends us an alert so we can get on it, and you can always reach out to support for help.
Is the price really the same for everyone?
Yes. Because access is non-exclusive, there is no bidding war for a territory and no premium for locking out a competitor. Everyone working a given county pays the same published rate for the same data.
